Lee Harrington is an internationally known gender, sexuality, relationships, and personal authenticity educator. Having taught in all 50 states and across 7 countries, he brings a combination of playful engagement and thoughtful academic dialogue to a broad audience. An award-winning author and editor on human gender, sexual, and sacred experience, his books include “Traversing Gender: Understanding Transgender Journeys,” among many other titles. Oliver Smith is a queer transgender man who began his transition at the age of 22. His educational background is in biological and medical anthropology focusing on transgender and gender nonconforming (TGNC) health and structural violence. He has extensive experience working with the LGBTQ  community in and outside of Alaska in the form of leadership roles, facilitating peer and community groups, promoting leadership and educating youth, and educating healthcare professionals on LGBTQ  health needs among others. He currently works in behavioral health prevention research related to suicide, prescription opioid misuse, and fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD).

Lillian Lennon is a queer woman who is proud to call Talkeetna and Anchorage, Alaska her home. Her career in activism started with the cofounding of Talkeetna Pride, her hometown's first LGBTQ  organization. After moving back to Anchorage for school she became the field organizer for the successful Fair Anchorage campaign that took down the transphobic ballot initiative known as Proposition 1. Since then she has been a freelance activist and recently an LGBTQ  specific Planned Parenthood field organizer. In her free time, she enjoys illustrating and filmmaking.

M.C. MoHagani Magnetek (pronounced: emcee mahogany magnetic) resides in Middle Earth (aka Midtown) Anchorage, AK at her Wonder Woman Hideout. Magnetek’s list of accolades also include riding her bicycle 100 miles in one day, jumping over five cars on her bike and chaining herself to a tree for justice, equality and respect for all people. She loves writing poetry everyday, smoking/eating cannabis, watching Divorce Court and taking candy from babies. She is also highly educated but doesn’t want to bore you with all that.

Danny Ashton Earll has been a volunteer within the LGBTQA  community since 2007 and is one of the founding members of Transgender Leadership Alaska. Danny works as an actor and has his own business part time while attending graduate school full time. Danny hopes to become a Licensed Professional Counselor within the State of Alaska to work specifically with the LGBTQA  community. Danny enjoys writing, being outdoors, photography, movies/tv shows, spending time with his partner, performing, and volunteering. Danny has also held three titles with the Imperial Court of All Alaska which inspired him to create the Transgender/GNC Resource List for the Last Frontier.

Samuel Ohana (he/him/his)

Samuel and his two young children moved to Alaska in 2012 to escape an abusive relationship, after which he started to transition and began to lead weekly social support & networking groups for the transgender/gender nonconforming community in Anchorage. He and his wife married in 2016, and together care for four children. He loves all people, regardless of who they are, believing that every human being has worth simply because they exist. Sam was very involved in the Fair Anchorage fight of 2018, which led to the creation of Transgender Leadership Alaska, where he currently continues to work fighting the good fight.
Abby North is a queer transgender woman who has been in love with the adventure of living in Alaska since she moved to Fairbanks to attend university in 2001. Abby earned her B.S. in Geology from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, then studied paleontology in graduate school at UAF before switching programs to teaching.
